We’re excited to announce that bestselling Canadian author Marissa Stapley will be joining us as the featured guest for One Book, One County 2025! Save the date—Sunday, October 19, 2025—for an engaging afternoon of conversation, audience Q&A, and a deeper look into her latest novel, The Lightning Bottles.
Marissa Stapley is known for her emotionally layered storytelling and compelling characters. Her previous books include The Last Resort, which was shortlisted for the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Crime Novel, and Lucky, a Reese’s Book Club pick. The Lightning Bottles is her newest work, a captivating story about family secrets, resilience, and the power of hope.
